Palm Desert

Nous sommes allées pour la xième fois cette année à Palm Desert avec nos amis les Larson le week end du 14 d.cembre. Nous avons de la chance d'avoir du beau temps sauf le lundi qu'on est partis alors on a pu profité de la piscine un peu... We went for the xth time this year to Palm Desert with our friends the Larson the week end of Dec 14th. We had luck the weather was nice except on Monday when we came home, so we could enjoy the swimming pool a little...

Je regrette une chose, de ne pas avoir pris notre appareil photo avec nous à la piscine le dimanche car j'ai laissé Jayden flotté tout seul pendant 10 secondes!!! Oui, oui, Jayden! Il aurait pu rester plus longtemps à faire la planche mais c'est moi qui avait le plus peur! Jayden aura certainement encore moins peur de l'eau que Jeff! I regret one thing, not to have brought our camera on Sunday to the swimming pool because I let Jayden float by himself for 10 secondes!!! Yes, yes Jayden! He could have stayed longer on his back but I was the one who was scared! Jayden will probably be less afraid of water than Jeff!

Anniversaire de Jeff/Jeff's birthday

Nous avons fait une petite fête avec les amis de Jeff pour son anniversaire et en voici les photos... J'ai eu de la misère avec le gâteau car je n'arrêtais pas de me tromper dans les mesures comme je n'avais pas de pot de yaourt et que j'ai multiplié la recette par 3! Mais il était mangeable quand même!
We did a party with Jeff's friends for his birthday and here are the pictures... I had trouble to make the cake because I got confused with the amount of ingredient as I multiplied by 3 the recipe and I had to convert in oz instead of yogurt pot! But it was still eatable!!!
Jeff s'est tartiné de chantilly en soufflant les bougies! Jeff fell in the whipped cream while blowing his candles!

Ses amis Jack Jack, Coby et Rett, il manque les adultes! His friends Jack Jack, Coby and Rett, there are missing the adults!

Je voulais faire une photo avec les petits en train de faire des grimaces, seul Coby en fait une!! I wanted a picture with the kids doing funny faces but only Coby did one!!!

Voilà ce que Jayden fait en ce moment, il marche bien à 4 pattes mais pleure toujours! Il tape des mains surtout quand il y a de la musique et rit aux éclats!

L'anniversaire de Jeff / Jeff's birthday

Jeff a eu 3 ans lundi 1er décembre et nous sommes allés à Chuck E Cheese à sa demande... Nous avons presque uniquement joué au jeu où on roule la balle en essayant de la faire rentrer dans les meilleures cibles car c'est celui que Jeff préfère! Jeff turned 3 on Monday December 1st and we went to Chuck E Cheese as he requested it... We almost only played the game where you throw the ball and try to make it go into the highest target because it's Jeff's favorite!

Jeff insère les tickets gagnés (par papa et maman en grande majorité) pour réclamer des cadeaux. Jeff likes to insert the tickets into the counting machine (dad and mom won most of them!)

Voici la forêt noire que j'ai faite, elle n'était pas comme je pensais, elle était dense, riche mais mangeable!!! Here is the black forest cake I made, it wasn't what I expected, it was dense, rich but eatable!!!
Celui qui n'en a pas mangé, heureux malgré tout! The one who didn't try it, happy anyways!

Ouverture des cadeaux, il n'attendait que ça! Opening the present, he waited for that all day!

Comme il était là quand on l'a acheté au black friday, il réclamait les autres choses que nous avions achetées pour Noël! Nous avons vraiment besoin de quelqu'un qui nous garde les enfants l'année prochaine!!! As he was with us when we bought it during black friday, he asked for the other stuff we bought that day for Xmas! We really need someone watching the kids next year!!!

Au moins ce cadeau là avait été acheté une autre fois et donc il ne l'avait pas vu! At least this present was bought another day and so he didn't see it!

Essayage du cadeau le lendemain au parc! Il roule bien! Même maman l'a essayé! Trying the present the following day at the park! It goes well! Even Mommy tried it!

Et voici le Père Noël que nous voyons souvent marché au parc, Jeff l'aime beaucoup, il lui fait toujours des calins et les dit des bye bye jusqu'à ce qu'il ne le voit plus! Il s'appelle Bill. And here is Santa Claus we see often walking through the park, Jeff likes him a lot, he always hugs him and says bye bye until he doesn't see him anymore! His name is Bill.
